This morning, I noticed that the website was being slow and that sometimes requests would just outright fail. I decided to check inspect element and saw that a request did outright fail, due to a "QUIC Error".

Solution
I Googled the error. It says that it is caused by Google's QUIC protocol.

Try this:
Type chrome://flags/ in Chrome's address bar/omnibox, search for quic, you should see:
Code:
Experimental QUIC protocol
Enable experimental QUIC protocol support. – Mac, Windows, Linux, ChromeOS, Android, Fuchsia, Lacros
#enable-quic

Disable it from the drop-down menu.

I disabled QUIC and it went away.

Also, for anyone else curious, paste this into the URL bar: chrome://flags/#enable-quic
