I'm not sure if this is the adaptation problem (I did notice the adaptation is skipping part of the internal mental process, as well adding parts not present in the novel), but their thought process is too inconstant. He (or she, I'm not sure how to refer to them, considering the gender-bend wasn't even mentioned again) healed the fortress city commander, unprompted, then resurrected the ratboy she killed, but the same grace wasn't extended to the 2 adventurers (with the holy squire girl ) despite having surrendered (despite instead sparing Flora despite being attacked the same), and now with the boy and the other dead. While he did say she is not feeling anything... you don't need to feel for a death to overturn it if you have the power for. it feels strange she flat out ignored the option initially, while later acknowledging it, but claiming she wasn't interested in it, while trying to heal them initially and then being interested on what they did to their souls when it failed (and resurrecting them, or at least the boy, could provide some insight ). Considering that she did say "these people I want to save, you have no right killing them"... then why leaving them dead if you can reverse it?
Could have been probably resolved easily by making resurrection harder then healing, or by specifying that after the miracle healing and the attention received she doesn't want new attention by resurrecting people (so the only one she did resurrect was the ratboy, no one still alive knew he did die) but not by making them not interested to resurrect at all... while healing yes, why shielding others yes (like he shielded the blonde girl in the forgotten land ), but resurrecting no?
