Honestly, instead of a bunch of shitty jokes
There are ways to do it tactfully within the story without those clichés which you rightly point out are bad.
The differences between men and women that can be explored lie far deeper than just their outward appearance, learning to deal with how men are attracted to the mc in a polite but dismissive way is an example of something that touches on the genderbent idea without going too far.
Also, tags should generally be used when it’s a prominent part of the story, if something only shows up in two chapters like the genderbent theme, it realistically shouldn’t be tagged that way Hence my disappointment, this wouldn’t be the case if the mc kept referring back to the adaptations necessary in a genderbent scenario.
because it's an efficient way to make the character attracted to girls from the beginning
This touches on a deeper issue in specific Isekai stories where they’ll Isekai an mc but then the mc will lose their memories of their original world so that the author can write a fantasy story without any real developed backstory for the mc, unfortunately this series falls into this trap as well.
call it a personal taste, but I think the allure of Isekai is the use of the original world to complement the character’s motivations, power and/or personality, touching back to the experience in the og world is what almost all great Isekai do - you don’t have to do this to write a good story, but I’d be less inclined to consider them Isekais if they don’t do this.
This is just my personal opinion, but i hope it informs others of the contents of this series without spoilers.
