Was she talking about her big sis, or is she just calling Shiyu "big sis" because she's older (this kind of thing happens in plenty of Asian cultures) She's not wearing her date clothes, so this either happens on another day, or before she visited the manga cafe.

This series has been all over the place with its tone. One chapter it's borderline porn, another it's a fluffy romance, in yet another it's yuri bait... We have no idea what the author is going for, and it's anxiety filling.

Oh I don't disagree at all, this manga has had absolutely no direction since the very first chapter. I just thought it was funny that there were people getting so angry about occasional yuri bait that will obviously never go anywhere. They're getting spooked by something harmless, hence the fireworks comparison.

(Though I'll admit it may have been an insensitive comparison. PTSD is a very real and very difficult thing to live with.)
