I need to know if this guy has an alternative pen name for cultured works.
The quality of the fanservice bits is too high to not be from that side of the industry
I don't think so, at least I haven't recognized the drawing style from elsewhere.
Also the drawing style has changed a lot since the first initial chapters, so my guess is that it's a fairly newbie manga artist without an established drawing style.
Almost all manga artists have drawn porn in some extent though, so maybe he was in a doujinshi circle or something, I don't know.

Welp, imo, my guy has potential. And thus, I'd sugest taking a step into (or back) the other side of the industry :smugchisato:

He will loose the bet and be forced to crossdress, and his crush will witness it when visit the manga-cafe.

And it will be glorious.

So is she his sister?
In C27, the manager was introduced as his childhood friend. I guess he addresses her that way because their age gap is such that she was like an older sister to him when they were growing up.

It's not exclusive to Japan to treat friends like family - especially if both whole families are close to one another.

I remember an older friend's kids calling me "uncle" and thinking: (WTF, kid. I'm not old enough to be your uncle. I know I'm past the point of being your bro, but we're not quite a whole generation apart. Do you have to put me in one of those buckets instead of just using my name? I'm barely an adult and you're making me feel old.)
But I let it slide because, ultimately, addressing me that way is meant to be respectful and I'm not gonna be the asshole who rips on a well-mannered kid.
