Of course this is very unrealistic, character-wise. But the proper in-character thing would have been more boring: The Demon Queen reacts by researching weight loss rigorously, and concludes that moderate sustainable exercise increasing gradually as she gets in better shape, combined with a balanced diet with somewhat smaller portion sizes, will allow gradual long-term weight loss and improved fitness.
Not that she really needed to lose weight in the first place--get in better physical condition, probably, but she didn't look overweight to me. Aside from the boobs, she wasn't even what the kids call "thicc".
