my god i'm having too much fun with this and been at it for 40 minutes, somebody help me....
The 2 out of 3 demon lords who becomes his actual allies and joins his faction are men.
Also he does actually make ONE other follower with his own medals that isn't a loli. ( even if said follower also gets married to another loli follower later.... )
He does have some other people that is helping him out once or twice on ocation, but are not his direct allies for one reason or another.
For example his "mom" and her two best male friends helps him out on a few ocations, but never joins his faction.
Also on the subject off his "mom" and the two best friends ....
Have some massive spoilers out of context just to make our dear MC "Lolicell the loli maker" seem even more of a fucked up degenerate then he actually is.
why do you ask ?
The out of context Spoilers is down below....
He marries his own "mom" under the threat of her death, and then transforms her into a big breasted loli.
This makes the two best friends really mad for diffrent reasons.
Friend A is mad cause he have tried courting his "mom" for the last 500 years and friend B cause it broke a promise she made to both friend A and B
( but also friend C who got killed before the MC was born, who really is the main focus on the promise, but explaining that would not make this out of context so i digresss... )
Then he steals the love and affection of both A and B´s "daughters" and sexuallty abuse the daughter of A( who is his sororal niece ) and turns her into your typical hentai girl who wants nothing more then get on his D.
She even starts ignoring her "dad" to the point she temporarily moves into his city to stalk his booty more effectively.
Meanwhile he is playing coy with friend B´s daughter and is refusing to get into a relationship with her, while waiting for the friend B to die of old age and to steals the daughter of B´s inheritance from friend B when he dies.
He sure is nice to the people who are helping him out, isn't he ?

Well i might as well point it out again now, but i did play it up and make it sound worse then it actually was.
That saidyes he does do all of that stuff, but there are some semi valid reasons behind most of them.....
He never really turns into a bad guy, he just does questionable things for the greater good ( or becouse he is a giant fuck up and the world and/or god lowkey hates him for various reasons).
The only really bad thing he does is the thing with A´s daughter ( who again is his sororal niece ), that really does nothave a good excuse at all.
All the others have some kind off valid reasons behind them.
Bellow is the "kind of" obvious explanation to why he married his mom under death threats.
"Mom" was as @Hejti pointed out going to die from old age together with friend B
( but not friend A because he is the "time (demon) lord" so he can slow down his own ageing )
Stuff happens and she is getting attacked by alot of her enemies who rallied around the big bad of the first part of the story to kill her a month faster just fuck with her and the MC.
MC comes and saves the day with his borderline deus ex machina powers and convinces her to prolong her life by letting herself be reincarnated, because he loves her or something.
The "time lord" have tried to do get her to prolong her life for about as long as he been trying to date her.
She refused every time because she has been mourning the death of friend C who may or may not have been her lover.
This makes him abit upset but becouse of MC´s new relationship to "mom" but he can´t do much about it if he don´t want to ruin his relationship with "mom"....
Friend B on the other hand is just sad he is going to die alone when his time runs out.
The other things also have semi-valid ( but not really ) reasons behind them, but im not going to spoil them unless you want me to.
If i were to explain all of these plot points it would take some pretty huge spoilers.... just take the above explenation as an example.
And i did not even go into the deeper implications of the events as some of the stuff he does have some pretty big and long lasting effects.
Small mini spoiler of one of the reasons/implications of reincarnating "mom" just becouse i feel like it.
Because of the way that "mom" was reincarnated, if "mom" at any point stops loving the MC she might turn into a monster who is multiple times stronger then a S rank monster, who´sole purpose in life is to kill the MC in the most brutal way possible.
This is also just a bonus effect because god is a dick and made the reincarnation magic work that way.... just because he finds it funny.
And ofc god "forgot" to mention this to the MC after he threatened to wipe the MC from existence if he did not use the reincarnation magic at all within a set time limit.
Because of the way that "mom" was reincarnated, if "mom" at any point stops loving the MC she might turn into a monster who is multiple times stronger then a S rank monster, who´sole purpose in life is to kill the MC in the most brutal way possible.
Even if the reason is the demon god being a dick to him, that plot is BS, I'm totally ok with the "mom" dying to progress the MC's character but I guess the MC need his harem, it's like this:
Your "mom" gonna die, lol not really? BTW, she's gonna kill you ... maybe?

Its not that bad tbh, but at the end of the day i guess it depends on your expectations.
"mom" being resurrected doesn't really affect the plot too much, she for the most part is just somebody he can look for advice.
as for the "plot twist" or what you want to call it, its mostly there to show that the "gifts" from the demon god always is a double edged sword.
The resurrection magic is not the only thing that the MC is going to be given, but everything from the demon god is a trap in itself.
I feel pretty bad for the Viscosity demon lord. Whatever his name was, the guy who borrowed the gargoyles. It seemed like he wasn't necessarily even evil, he just got sucked into following Steel's plans because he didn't have a back bone and felt weak compared to everyone else. It seemed like he genuinely cared for the demons he summoned, and now they're all dead. I wonder what caused him to suddenly have a change of personality when talking to Rorona, maybe he wants to make sure that Steel gets his comeuppance, and so he decided to tell them the entire plan? So that he can inadvertently get his revenge by either Steel somehow dying or losing.
Yeah, that´s the one.
He calls himself the demon god and the creator of the demon lords.
Also a minor spoiler for your other post bellow about Viscosity.
A lot of the demon lords we are going to see early on is going to be a lot like Viscosity.
They are not necessarily evil but are convinced by others to attack the MC.
In fact.....
one of them even joins his faction later on after getting destroyed by the MC.
He sets up a cake store where he sells cakes in the MC´s city while waiting for the year to end so he gets his new dungeon ( new demon lords gets a new dungeon if they lose in the first war ).
however, there is a plot reason for this...

The big bad of the first part of this story is a demon lord who hates the MC´s "mom" and her other friends.
He has the power to control other demon lords like puppets, so he uses a lot of other demon lords as cannon fodder to get his revenge on the MC and the others.
Its later found out that Steel was one of the puppets of this other demon lord.
So yeah, Viscosity and a lot of other demon lords are going to be peer pressured into fighting the MC.
And that is a fight few demon lords in the world can actually win as he has the power of a veteran demon lord from the start thanks to his S rank monsters.
