Ok, I think that in this occasion the mangaka(or the story writer) handled the reveal of the plague WAY too poorly, one would think that such a visible and easy to identify disease would have been noticed LONG before the point where multiple plague victims are lying sprawled on one of your cities public squares.

Aiming for shock value, which isn't valuable in the first place, and missing because it's predictable. Yeah, could've been done better. While it's nice not dragging some things out, being too sudden isn't good either.

Everyone that he meant was every core goverment personnels, not everyone everyone. There's not enough apple wine otherwise. Only after they got purified, that the building of those TVs and the consequent broadcasts can happen without trouble.

As a LN reader I cant recall if Black intentionally sent the plague, or if its even is from one of his nations. Again Avalon has traffic coming and going 24/7 from across the world. If anything comes from anywhere with a plague Avalon will get hit. This was bound to happen even without a someone intending it.

He's got a hospital, a better way to do it would have been to have someone rush in to tell him about how there's been a surge in patients with these strange symptoms.

Hell you could even have him burst into the room and go "oh no, it's the white death I was just told about" when he sees the patients.

Just suddenly having people collapsed all over the streets is just silly.
