Even if she has some psychotic tendencies, they are mostly from her NPC character! She's actually quite cute imo! And deserves more love from our MC! But sadly it's probably hard for him to see her as a "real person" and even less as a love interest!
Personally I wouldn't have those "moral issues"! Beside, she's a real woman and not a child(loli)
