I'm pretty invested in lizard-kun for example and he probably doesn't even have a vagina and gigantic tits

I'm actually interested in seeing if MC decides to take Emilia and Amelia with them.

Like imagine if he decided to actually show her that the inhumans weren't that bad, and that their lives had been lies up until that point.

I think Amelia will have her redemption arc but Emilia will still probably cling to her old belief leading to an interesting conflict between the two.
