Very cute manga! Not a fan of the maid since she was the least interesting as a character but I guess when you start with a harem and decide you can only have 1 (consort not even spouse) you go with the first choice from the beginning

Wow, they really ended it right as it was getting interesting.
At least Maou has her wifey.

It gives that axed kind of feeling from the ending, but it still felt resolved with a nice marriage.

Volume 1 didn't have enough sales to justify allowing the author to continue as a web manga, so they let him finish it off at the end of volume 2 which meant that the mangaka had to do like character development, story climax and conclusion in like 5 chapters, I'd say they did a pretty good job.

It's so short but welp I'm happy for the maid

Nonetheless, Maid does make the most sense of the bunch for the wholesome audience tbh. The others just werent given enough time to really grasp onto them aside from their surface level traits, so aint too unhappy with this, but wanted more.

There's a big aspect one has to know 'bout this comic,and that's how the voting drove this series.

The folks on DynastyScans had found out that any vote that had the maid as an option was completely and utterly skewed in her favour,the very Japanese fellas who would've kept this afloat by enjoying an interesting series with many twists n' turns quickly turned into a predictable railroad that interested no one in Japan.

Definitely could've been done better to limit the voting in a way that prevented such things,but alas,it had not the time to do so.

I'd even go as far as saying serious,permanent,lethal consequences that outright eliminated voting options due to previously skewed results would've helped immensely.

Still quite nice,just needs a whole lot of expanding.
