I honestly feel like there's a very good reason why we're not getting Rei's perspective during this match. To be honest, if we did, I feel like it wouldn't nearly be as tense. I feel like he's never been frustrated in a way that meant he'd ever lose this match, he just didn't get to play the way he really wanted to, but is still very much in control of his chances. We'd be spoiled in the fact he is reading these moves far better than Shimada and the man never had a chance to begin with. That's what I think, anyway.

Also, as a general PSA, this chapter, once Volume 18 comes out (whenever that will be), will likely shift back several chapters (around 7 chapters based on the overlap of chapters from Volume 17 into the magazine-published chapters).
