"I am your father’s brother’s nephew’s cousin’s former roommate."
"So what does that make us?"
"Absolutely nothing."

I appreciate Hayashida's passion, but yeah... Random teacher from another school shows up, why should they listen to him? The problem needs to be solved internally.

Also... yeah, Nikaido needs to be taking better care of himself. I feel like he gets himself so psyched up it negatively impacts his poor health. His personality and physical health do not seem well suited to each other.

Also that revelation about the Kawamoto patriarch (the dad, not the grandpa- grandpa has been clearly stated to be the mother's father)... hell, I was flabbergasted when I heard that line in the anime. I wonder if we're going to see that come back up in the later chapters, after where Season 2 left off, because a dad literally abandoning his existing family for a new girlfriend and making a new family... There's gotta be a ton to unpack there.

Hina's family's circumstances make things hard for her. You could get past a shitty homeroom teacher if you're confident on how to do it, but if you're lost, and you have a shitty teaching staff, then your child is bound to suffer.

Well, I don't know how it goes in Japan, but I assume reporting everyone who bullied the child to the school principal and launching an investigation should do the job, it's the school's duty to do something about it or they'll possibly get sued by the bullied kid's parents for allowing it.

Then just kick the perpetrators out if the bullying is actually true if necessary, then they'll stop or get a record of being kicked out of school, will have to repeat a year, will have trouble finding a school that will accept them because of their past, maybe they'll have to move because the new school will be too far away, and the teaching quality will also be way worse than before (supposedly).

Or they'll have to be able to afford a private teacher. Which will make the child suffer a lot (I guess?), since the type of children who bully others isn't really interested in learning, so they won't be that great at learning, but they'll have to because it's dad and mom's money, etc.
