When you made that comment they probably weren't caught up to the fan-translations yet but now they are past them. Here is their version of chapter 24 (where the fan-translation ended) and today they released chapter 30.

Pretty good up until they leave the middle east, with a fish-out-of-water experiencing war and the morality of being a commander. After they leave it lost the plot though. Morals are left behind to glamorize their new war profiteering and everyone loves Arata because he does war so good.

Also how the hell did they go back to Japan anyways? It's not like they had private jets. They were in the middle of nowhere with no id, no connections and next to no resources. They just magically show up in Japan next chapter with no explanation. Really annoying move for what started as a grounded setting.

And for gods sake stop shipping a 30yo dude with a 14yo, manga. It's weird.

Well, that's... absolutely not something that happens. That summary's completely at odds with Arata's primary motivation and internal conflict.

Since she was a "romantic" competitor they way author took her off was for her to get repeatedly raped and tortured by the deranged jap moron, there was no need for that they could have just taken her hostage, maybe some torture, but not reaming her like no tomorrow until she got deranged with PTSD.
I was seriously hoping she sould come back to the "company" after some R&R
