We didn't see Kinugawa's cold, lifeless body. The last shot of him last chapter still had him pleading for help, near-death but not dead. Until we see the stiff corpse like with Shikimi or Iijima, I think there's still a chance, no matter how small, that he's still alive. Like, 0.01% chance. The rule of thumb: "no body, no death" still applies. That way, the author can still use him for a surprise last minute asspull attack when needed. If that happens he'll be in a wheelchair with one eye and two fingers missing, but he'll probably have darts or something with him, screaming revenge for his missing junk. Or some dumb crap like that.
So the two weren't actually coming to save Kinugawa. It was an offensive move, not defensive. Man, Okaya is already on to her. That was quick.
Yuda. This guy is a complete deadweight, the readers knew he was going to be a liability, and we all saw it coming. Now it's here and she's forced to help him wipe his mess, after he went on his mad quest for revenge without actually thinking of his family first.
Couple of things are a hard sell to me here. One is, where would they even find the time to train him, when his mother is already caught like a butterfly in Okaya's spiderweb? The other thing that's even harder to believe is Maria offering to help him. Because this is a distraction that's unrelated to her completing her revenge. He'll be a tool at best, but I don't see anything else he can offer her in service of her plans.
