The author stated a while back that he plans to end it around 5-6 volumes or so on twitter, so the whole 100+ chapters thing is very likely not going to happen anyways. Juujika really has traumatized a shitton of people lmao

Honestly, the best course of action atm and what the mangaka should do is retcon the previous chapter. It's so over-the-top ass and simple-minded that it honestly ruins the story to the point 99% of us readers are like in despair out of the huge disappointment. Yusuke Murata, creator of OPM, has done it a couple of times so it's fine if this dude does it.

Seriously, I was expecting the family to be more machevialian-ruthless and high-expectations in general. I was expecting the Dad to be somewhat ignorant of his son's capabilities and depravity; but still expecting like a ruthless confident law-abiding "Winning Only Matters" father (like maybe classically down the line said father gets killed because of how he couldn't fully see his son's Dark-Triad capabilities). I was expecting Okaya's mom to have a more complex borderline emotionally/psychological incestuous relationship - like she's unhealthily obessed with him via being a seriously spoiling mother so she helps him commit psychopathic crimes through her connections and powers.

Honestly, this blunt simple-minded easily extremely-violent to pathetic subservient parents was super @#$%ing lame. Don't even get me started with the cowardly cultish-obessive teen Maria's been attached to.

All I'm saying is that this has been schlocky gore-porn from the very start and that should've been obvious by the second arc at the latest. Now, you could certainly argue this is bad schlocky gore-porn, or that it's gotten worse as it's went on, and I would probably agree. But it's been incredibly stupid and melodramatic from chapter 1.
