Idk, from my pov it is certainly suspicious how people start disappearing as soon as a new school nurse appears. So far this is probably the only logical thing I agree to in this manga. Example - if anything happens to you, your immediate surrounding will be suspected first.

While 2nd is not good, is still better than solving it and having them suspect her be guarantee
