yeah,i'm not thrilled about them just...not doing it anymore. like,i get that life gets busy and what have you but this person made a commitment to translate this manga and it's pretty unfair for them to just seemingly drop it.
i'm REALLY hoping that everything will be back in order soon and i understand if they just haven't had the time to do it or something (though a heads up would have been nice) but i'm gonna be REALLY pissed if they just got board of it or something and decided to stop because of it. like,at least find a replacement first before you leave 100's of people waiting to read a series you promised to provide. i don't care if they're doing it for free: they made a commitment and they should either honor it or find someone who will.
it wouldn't be an issue if this site wasn't literally the only place to read it in english (the manga has no official translation yet/may never depending on how it does in japan and while there is technically another site,it's stopped coming out with chapters as well so my theory is that they have been taking the translations from this site and uploading them there) but it IS the only place to read it in english and should be treated as such.
i just really hate when people flake like that. people are counting on you and it's selfish to do something on a whim,only to ditch it later because you just don't feel like doing it anymore with no intention of even finding someone that is willing to take your place and keep things going when you fail to.
