Thanks for the translation as always!
There was definitely a thread of her having to deal with sexual exploitation in the workplace before (the principal's always been a creep) so I don't think all of this comes out of nowhere, but I do think the bit with the pimp is a little much for me too. It makes sense, but hopefully it doesn't get too egregious; I'm looking forward to seeing how she deals with him.
That kind of thing aside, the other parts of this chapter were interesting. Atsugi seems like a decent enough guy in general, but what really catches my eye is the way she tries to protect him against getting strongarmed into drinking. Obviously Maria has a pretty staunch anti-bullying stance and probably isn't the biggest fan of the principal regardless, but I think this is one of the first times we see her having a purely positive interaction with someone in her same age group/in an equal position of power to her. It makes sense that she doesn't feel like she can accept his thanks, between her personality and her intentions, but I'm curious to see how their relationship develops moving forward. Could there be something more to life outside of her revenge?
Given the premise, maybe not. But it'll be cool to see what's done with the two of them as things go on.
