There is "How I Attended an All-Guys Mixer", my fave. It has 3 crossdressing women. Then there is "Ikemen Dansou Reiya to Renaishitara BL-ppoi NL ni naru Hanashi", which keeps the crossdressing part more of a mystery (to the male lead).
And then there is "A Cool Girl and a 12cm Promise", which is not directly crossdressing, but it does feature a prince as one of the main characters.
