I don't get how this particular banishment setup even worked. Why where they in a field in the middle of no-where, without half their party? So the boys said something like "we're going for a piss", they went off and did that, he kicked him out, and he did not even have to go back to the rest of the party to get his remaining stuff or say goodbye? Him not questioning it or encountering the rest of the party for verification is harder to believe than usual, and given all the girls simp for him, I don't get why they didn't all join the saint in the search for him.

Like bro, i dont mind the kick out cliche but if the guy is basically supplying the whole party with nigh infinite mana making everybody continously firing hero level specials, i wont ever kick the guy out even if he gets one shotted everytime. Hell, it makes the party composition moot. He can at least add a tank in there to protect the guy.

Sometimes it's a bit unclear in the beginning how the MC's banishment leads to the party's ruin. It's rarely as straightforward and idiotic as "We are a well-tuned high energy machine. Let's throw away our battery pack."
Someone forgot to int-buff the hero.

MC has a low faith in his friends. Imagine when everyone else clearly relies on you and treats you just fine, and one simple words from someone like the hero convince you easily that everyone just agree to banish you from the party suddenly, when you can just confirm from them directly before walking out. That's dumb.

Other than that, I like the way the mangaka draw the hounds and zombies getting hit by the spell.

interesting way of interpreting mana, but aside from that this is just so under average. the storytelling feels like a rush to tick every part of the trope, and the characters' thought process is shallow.
