there's also no rule that uploaders can't just upload when they feel like it, helps with the pacing of their stuff especially when they know there's a stack more they haven't finished, tho usually its not really true, there are also other times where if the thing already has official translators and they still upload for the thing, its mostly not uploaded too soon to not piss off said official translators

And then we have groups like PT and Biamam that work on a luxuriously monthly-based delay like they’re literally setting their Gutenberg press types for typesetting lol.

again they're under real no obligation to upload fast, this isn't a sweatshop and scanlators do this on their own pace and is mostly a passion project if anything
also to my knowledge Biamam just does their own thing and uploads when the chapters are ready

its very easy for readers to demand for things without thinking of how much work it is to get a chapter out
like in our case we have the cleaning and redrawing done for a couple chapters for one of the mangas we're scanlating
we couldn't get the thing published because the tl isn't available and other tls are busy with other stuff
after that we have to go get the typesetter to add those in while I and a few others proof read and do final checks
then we post.

sadly i have to concur with lots of the comments, the translation is not good, it's near unintelligible, specially all that drivel on the treaty paper, changing names -and even changing them from one page to the next-
