My chapter not uploaded? it says error and chapter not found. I've tried twice and still the same.

Nevermind, it's uploaded just now. There's about 15 mins delay 🗿👍🏼☕

I got some insight from a spanish TL, apparentlty it's that Mangadex gives them an error message when they try to upload, so they try to upload again thinking it did not upload correctly.

This seems to be the cause for various scanlators today dupe uploading on accident.

Site is under heavy load, chapter upload processing is temporarily delayed; this is why people are uploading multiple copies of the same chapter.
