@Azpark That's the entire premise of the story. In his past life he specialized in Red Magic before there was a way to even determine someone's aptitude. When he realized his efforts were basically wasted (because his specialization was something he wasn't suited for), that's why he used some magic to revert to his childhood.

I mean, the fact that he's increasing his magic levels so quickly kind of makes the premise questionable but yeah...
