Speaking of Redia's shop, is her father taking care of it while she's away? I've been reading too much of those, "kicked from the party", mangas that the scene with redia is quite refreshing.

also when you think about it there's no mention of MC having a family in the previous timeline. For all we know dude's might be aromantic, as in has 0 romantic interests.

I mean, these aren't "social cues" so much as they are obvious statements of intent.

He needs to stop being a piece of shit and tell the girls that he is asexual/ace or that he is gay, or that he is incapable of seeing other people as real (a form of sociopathy).

If he can read the room enough to haggle (which he has done), then he knows what they are saying, and is purposely ignoring it.
Since he CAN do this, he needs to explain to the people he is trusting his fucking LIFE to, that he is not sexual or romantic towards humans or girls.

Why?

Because nobody actually enjoys watching stupid people do the same stupid thing in the exact same way over and over.
If people did like that, "Reality TV" would be the only form of entertainment to exist.
