Mastermind in a loving relationship

By mastermind I mean characters like Lelouche from Code Geass, Light or L from Death Note, or Akiyama from Liar Game. Preferably the mastermind is already in a relationship from the start or gets into a relationship early on.

Zennou no Noa sort of had this, but it barely showed anything about the relationship and it was not very clear if the MC actually loved his girl.
