I assure you in the world of Esports (even regular sports) right now,

sorry, your opinion doesn't assure me at all , when none of your previous comments even mentioned esports / fps

if a sponsor company finds out its players wear Nazi symbol, they would be dropped overnight.

I get people dressed as nazi in real life is concerning, but a shooting game character designed nazi-like doesn't seem concerning to me

this is a huge stretch, but it might even be used as a message / for a motif- something like:
1. nazis/shooting should be limited to fiction/games or
2. nazis should be shot (in a provocative gaming sense).

Sure find me a player at the moment who dares wear Nazi symbol in game setting (customization choice, not forced on by faction or game setting). If a game setting are Nazi vs Allies in WW2, then it could not be helped, but if a player by choice, chooses to wear Nazi symbol on their own accord, sponsor companies with the some brain cells would know better than to invest in that kind of players.

If you think it's normal for somebody, by their own choice, chooses to wear Nazi symbol in their customization load out, then I don't know what you consider to be unacceptable by your standard. The swastika is the icon symbolizing some of the worst atrocities human have ever known my dude.

I guess you missed my point: you treating a gaming choice as equivalent to a real-life choice is ridiculous.

Like I said, find me a player who is willing put on Nazi symbol and still get sponsored by some big brands. Also, since when fps gaming culture welcome Nazi symbol? Sure we get some shithead putting swastika on their emblem, but my point still stand: there is not a single sane competitive player out there would put swastika on their customization.
