I was honestly shocked when I found out.I've been reading this for a long time and only now, just because of your post I now know this is written by the same author as akame ga kill...
Dude, they are very clearly setting up that something is up with Tenka, not just that she's just been helping Yuuki's sister.author has lessen the appeareances of Tenka by a looooot, so sadly it's not surprising her losing the top spot.
but the thing with Tenka is that she's helping Yuuki's sister so that's a problem with the higher ups (remember the old ladies kidnapping the girl that was part of yuuki's sister team)
Technically this is Yuuki's series.Kyouka finally got 1st place for her own series 🎉
An omnipotent spatial ability that's reliant on the user's perception on what counts as an evil being. That's a really interesting ability and sparks a lot of writing possibilities.
I sense a fellow human enemy amongst the Mato Defense in the future.
I'm pretty sure the plot twist (If there will be one) will be something like "Tenka's plan was already uncovered, and she has been brainwashed and/or replaced by someone with a shapeshifting ability". Probably the former, as Fukuma already filled the spot for a "Shapeshifter character".I'm super curious about what's up with Tenka, I hope they don't pull some Uno reverse and reveal that she's actually been a villain this entire time or something like that (but since this is written by the same author as Akame ga Kill, I wouldn't be surprised if that happened).
Also, I'm shocked that Kyoka managed to surpass Tenka in the popularity poll.
I don't think it's a matter of femdom vs. maledom. It's popular because of the complete role reversal of the high and mighty Ren being compelled to act like a dog. It's the exact opposite of what she kept claiming that she was going to do to Yuuki.I'm not happy that the only femsub reward in the series is the top spot, but #2 and #3 are great picks...
Thinking deeper on it though, it makes sense due to statistical selection bias. The maledom fans don't have many rewards to consider their favorite, so all their votes consolidated on that one.
Femdom fans have a higher variety of rewards to pick from so the votes are more spread.
I just hope it doesn't affect the identity of the series going forward.
Yuuki finally got 15th place in his own series.Technically this is Yuuki's series.
I have a strong suspicion that they're going to reveal that Tenka is actually an agent of the Onmyou Agency or something along those lines.I'm pretty sure the plot twist (If there will be one) will be something like "Tenka's plan was already uncovered, and she has been brainwashed and/or replaced by someone with a shapeshifting ability". Probably the former, as Fukuma already filled the spot for a "Shapeshifter character".
You're reacting too strongly to the term maledom, automatically having a negative association to it, and not claiming it.I don't think it's a matter of femdom vs. maledom. It's popular because of the complete role reversal of the high and mighty Ren being compelled to act like a dog. It's the exact opposite of what she kept claiming that she was going to do to Yuuki.
Huh? Akame ga Kill? fuuuuuuuuckkkI'm super curious about what's up with Tenka, I hope they don't pull some Uno reverse and reveal that she's actually been a villain this entire time or something like that (but since this is written by the same author as Akame ga Kill, I wouldn't be surprised if that happened).

Yep, I was surprised when I found out too. We can only hope the author doesn't go murder crazy this time and start killing off characters left and right.Huh? Akame ga Kill? fuuuuuuuuckkk
