@Magnolia Understandable if you did; I can't remember where so I could be mistaken, but I believe the author stated somewhere that, in the earliest drafts for this manga, Mameyama was supposed to be a guy, but it was changed before the first chapter was actually penned, though apparently, the character design didn't change much.
