Well, to be honest the first thing that comes to mind when making olives useful is making olive oil.
Still, olive oil can be preserved for quite some time if done correctly and is useful AF, so I can see a complete wave of interest on it.
As an Italian, I can't help but cringe at the idea of tomatoes and cheese left in the oil for five days. It gets soggy and loses taste. Just toast some bread, put on it some freshly sliced tomatoes, and serve with a bit of oil and salt.

And I mean the 'CHEF' (between quotations since Jamie isn't really one even though he owns stuff) who loves olive oil because he uses it a lot! Check the video on my other comment! I know how Gordon says Olive Oil but he's NOT Olive Oil INCARNATE!
