And the best part is that ancient Greek boy is not strong enough to save the world by spreading his knowledge, only the modern Japanese boy can do it. With the power of cooking. To help advance civilization to the point of the evolution of entire species.

Please just go back to making food for your family. It's perfectly fine to have the impetus of a story be "I wanna make good food". The author even set up a route for him to start a restaurant, but he refused, because he cares too much about his family.

I think the major issue with this manga is that characters only say one thing to any food item created in this manga: "Delicious!". It's the same reaction no matter what. Makes all the different food the same.

You might think this is a cooking isekai, but you'd be wrong. It's a weird sci-fi space alien Matrix knockoff masquerading as a cooking isekai. I have no clue why the author felt the need to inject aliens and space ships and shit into the story, but the result is a baffling mix of slow life cooking isekai and a pseudo-Lovecraftian sci-fi. Just a mystifying shift in tone out of nowhere. Would've been much better if it was just the MC living a simple life with the elf tribe, and all of the obnoxious side characters (like all the other "travelers") and the whole sci-fi plotline were just flushed down the toilet.
