MD removes links to MangaPlus chapters even when it shouldn't

So, I know MangaPlus generally only allows users of their site to read the first three and most recent three chapters. However, MD is removing the external links for some chapters still up on the MP site in some cases. In others, it's not removing links that are no longer up. I don't know what determines which chapters MD unlinks and replaces with the odd autogenerated images. The original link is still useful to some people even if it doesn't work in a browser.

I noticed the first chapter of Noisering had this issue too...

2 issues happened here:
First of all, MangaPlus had some inconsistencies in their responses, causing the bot to detect the chapters as unavailable.
And secondly, a bug on our own API is preventing us from restoring the link-only mode for the chapter (the image service ignores the processing if the payload has no images due to a bug in the code). The bug should be fixed soon though.
