Cut her some slack she's like 15 or something, and probably never read a book before.Wait, she actually thought that's how it would go? Was Medusa waifu stupid this whole time? Was all that stuff until now not teasing, but actual retarded plans?
I am. It's endearing in its own way, but that changes the series up until this point from a story with a teasing waifu to a story with a dumb waifu.Cut her some slack she's like 15 or something, and probably never read a book before.
Dumb girls are cute tho. Although I guess you already said that. Also it's not like she's trying her very hardest, because if she was she would just get a knife and cut the blindfold off, unless it's some kind of invincible cloth it can still be cut.I am. It said early on the mask is enchanted so only the owner can remove it. It might not be invincible, but it could compel her to leave it alone.Dumb girls are cute tho. To boot: Why take a knife to your face when, in your dumb little mind, you're about to convince him to take it off any day now?It said early on the mask is enchanted so only the owner can remove it. It might not be invincible, but it could compel her to leave it alone.
Except she doesn't think that. The one time that she actually did get him to remove it she was surprised, scared, and then relieved that he had a backup blindfold. To boot: Why take a knife to your face when, in your dumb little mind, you're about to convince him to take it off any day now?
I feel like you didn't read this chapter.Except she doesn't think that. The one time that she actually did get him to remove it she was surprised, scared, and then relieved that he had a backup blindfold.
I feel like you didn't read the multiple chapters that show that she loves him and would be sad if he actually did get petrified.I feel like you didn't read this chapter.
This is a lot of avoiding the problem at hand.I feel like you didn't read the multiple chapters that show that she loves him and would be sad if he actually did get petrified.
Basically her whole personality can be summed up as: heh, women ☕This is a lot of avoiding the problem at hand.

She fantasizes about petrifying him sure, but she knows it won't work for real, because whenever she thinks it did work she gets surprised. People don't get surprised by things they know (or think) are going to happen, they get surprised when something they don't think will happen happens. So the only "problem at hand" I see here is that she has some kind of petrification fetish, because as seen in the glasses chapter she only feels like petrifying him when she is erm... Uhhh... Holding feelings of love for him? Idk how else to phrase her blushing state.
So...? That doesn't mean she thought it would work, it just means she thought it would go how it usually does, the dude even says "ah the usual thing" on page 4.Refer to page 3 of this chapter.
Also notice again, she isn't shocked that the blindfold is still on her face, she just didn't expect him to rant about glasses.Refer to page 3 of this chapter.
