Why is that the first comparison that popped into your head? Also the entire point of the Rasengan was that it was a huge amount of energy concentrated into a small area. Calm down dude, you're acting like I don't know this is a comedy - like I don't know it's being said as a joke.
I get that it explains his attitude and the things he can do, but on the other hand it's such a prevalent reoccurring joke that even though I understand it's a joke, part of me feels like it's teetering on glorifying the black company via the mindset and abilities it gave him.
