author could've just let the last arc to be fluff like early arcs, and people would prefer that, it would actually ends in a higher note

but well, i don't regret reading this even if it fumbles near the end and at the end

Well, that was one of the endings of all time.
Too bad it had to finish with this underwhelming arc. Everything that came before it, even if not all mind-blowing stuff, was vastly superior than what we got at the end. Did the author run out of ideas? Perhaps struggled with closing out the whole "grooming" subplot? I guess we'll likely never know.

this last arc was bad(especially teacher part), and the ending didn't make up for all the bad stuff that lead us here, so things ended leaving a bad taste, i liked this manga, but the final segment really lowered my enjoyment of the story

The last arc was straight up abhorrent and the second part was mid at best, but the ending feels weirdly... better than it should have been. It feels almost as if author wrote it before the series took the nosedive. It feels like author planned a temporary break before and had the last chapter be them making up, but messed up the breakup arc.

Kinda fell through not gonna lie.. it took "accepting her past" to a unrealistic degree, while never actually tackling any real issues, like the teacher being a genuine menace, wanting to trust her sure, but having her alone in a room with her ex groomer that did it with her, while underage is just next level and her going there is just as bad

this was alright, didn't appreciate the forgiving of that groomer tutor dude. Koga literally handing Meguro over to him was one of the decisions of all time.

That last arc is simultaneously some of the stupidest decisions I've ever seen made, and 100% believable coming from a pair of high school kids. Because boy did I know a few couples that were actually that level of stupid back in high school.
