A slug with a human face and a back full of tentacle-like arms definitely crosses the line. It belongs to the Shin Megami Tensei series.

yeah, like they all have a network of mycelium in their bodies, and they consume other creature’s to empower themselves
certainly a fresh take on the whole stats and video game thing but very creepy if you think about it
