Checked out suggestions and noticed that my suggestion Make the Original Language Filter a Blocklist instead was kinda a duplicate of the already existing chapter upload all language toggle.
Didn't notice it at first, but in order for cleanliness, I'd like my thread to be merged into that one, since it came first.

One is referring to the chapter language filter, one is referring to the original lanuage filter, they don't look like duplicates to me.
