Other than a specific flavor of noodle I’m surprised “chilled noodles” couldn’t be made with their other ramen options lol tho outside of spring rolls I wouldn’t have any noodles that weren’t hot or at least room temp

I can't say I've tried Chinese chilled noodles, but I've had similar dishes- flavor does play a factor because cold noodles are usually served with a thicker sauce than broth, it's a more concentrated flavor. and I'd imagine the toppings, what looks like eggs, tamago strips, cucumber, ham, egg and other miscellaneous vegetables added to the dish profile
