Meshinuma eats sweets sometimes but i think it's more focused on savory foods, that said at least he can't get drunk (tho a 'sugar high' would be amusing) on boba tea/fruit drinks at least XD Personally i prefer the fruit jelly, lychee jelly is good, and there's strawberry 'popping' boba but other than like the brown sugar boba ice cream, a lot of times the actual tapioca can be hit or miss on the taste/chewiness, guess it depends on the shop you go to (other than like making it on your own and flavoring it to your preference)

Dinner (@ a yakitori restaurant) + alcohol + sugary drink + boba, it’s great fun I’m sure, but the calorie count is just…. wow.

Depends on the pricing, a snack maybe as a small investment but shame that free samples aren’t as common unless they’re pushing something new
