Method to suggest updates or corrections to manga info/details if not a contributor :implemented:

Hi, I'm a frequent MD reader who doesn't do any uploading or scanlation work. However, I do often see manga that have missing info on them, such as number of chapters or volumes, or the publication status. I often see this and would like to fix it, but I given that I don't do any scanlation work, don't have contributor status.

My suggestion is that an option be added which allows lowly members and readers like my self to send, via some button or some such, a message which lets a person with contributor status or better know that the detail/info have an error or have more information which can be added, such as a new pub. status or ch/vol numbers.
