1. Describe the bug:
Whenever I add a new title to my library, despite the notifications being turned on, as soon as I click Add, it removes the notification and I have to reopen the add screen and enable notifications.
When dropping a manga, it turns on notifications from the initial off status
2. Expected behaviour:
When adding a manga to the library under Reading, it defaults to giving notifications/updates.
3. Steps to reproduce:
1. Open any manga
2. Click on Add to Library and attempt to add
3. It turns off the notification/update but still adds
4. Environment details:
* Samsung on Chrome
* Internet Connection (e.g. Home Wifi)
