making krishna is like making expensive newtype only gundam for normal person.
plus (i am pretty sure they explain it during the dwarf engineer plot) krishnna engine is a mysterious that no one understand.
said engine is why MC ship have battle ship level of attack power.
the only reason that ship is scary casue hiro himself is amuro level of pilot
normal pilot will just be pilot a very tough hard to control. with higher than average fire power ship, that is also a larger target.dude also a very powerful psychic too, when he awaken his power, hiro can go toe to toe againt power armor without one. againt army if he equip one. so add newtype esq power to the above statement too.
nah, his ships can't be recreated because it is literally something like an scp bounded with hiro and can transform to follow hiro's will and power.
Even tho the ship appearance looks like traditional materials that exist in that universe, it's only because think that's how a spaceship should be.
This explain why the reactor is a black box for the mechanics, because Hiro doesn't understand it either while it was ingame, which for ship is understood as "this reactor is uncomprehensible and thus shall look to be that".
Fun fact: the ship also needs maintenance because Hiro think it should.
Technically, it doesn't need to resupply at all its weaponry but do due to Hiro thinking it does too
The TV crew used "real" cameras too. It seems that optics are optics, and no amount of sci-fi magic is going to make a cellphone camera as good as a larger standalone device. Sensor size and lens size trumps convenience if you're serious. And this man takes his hobby VERY seriously.I thought this was a futuristic isekai story, and the captain is using a DSLR camera to take pictures? I thought everything is done by personal terminals?
The novel hasn't ended stillSPOILER
Is it ever explained how did Hiro actually get ahold of his ship in the first place ?
Yeah, but it's more Cordyceps zombie/breeding ground, rather than a traditional Romero zombie, so you would notice those are just Crystal lifeforms if that's what happened.Question is, is the scouting fleet the actual fleet, or a zombie fleet?
Crystal life forms can take over ships so it's a valid question.
This makes me think of the DS9 episode where apparently there's some starfleet officer who has a hobby of sneaking onto famous ships to take a picture with the Captain's desk.Perhaps he's also a photography enthusiast. There are still people in our time using old film cameras to take B&W photos, to develop them by themselves. In fact there are people who mess with even more historical camera types. That's just how it is. The captain could be a man of many interests.
