The end of a series always gives me that bittersweet feeling, and this series is no different. With the past couple series that ended recently like MHA and JJK, the feeling’s been sad, but content, but this time I’m more sad, I guess cause the vibes different with Tonegawa.

Glad a lot of the team moved past Teiai and found what they’re looking for. I guess it was fine they skipped over Tonegawa’s fall. It was nice to see him at the end. Was hoping he would have had one of those cool robot limbs though, like in Star Wars lol.

Always appreciate the hard work you do addict!

What a sweet conclusion... Seeing Gonda and Ebitani finding their places in life got me particularly emotional. I guess because their post-Teiai lives feel the most like the very personal/everyday kind of happiness in life that I aspire towards? It's overall touching that Tonegawa fostered such a diverse team of individuals who all went on to find their unique fulfillments in life, though. And I love that they keep in contact with a group chat!

Dang, only one comfy FKMT manga left being translated, and other then that we only got Kaiji, Hell Golf and Mamiya (which tbh I'm not feeling. Feels a little too goofy.), and the slow to non existent pace on Kurosawa and Nakane.

Great series, great ending, great scanlation job. Having Tonegawa miraculously survive and reveal it at the end is truly a delight. I can't think of any other series or "universe" where you feel such great catharsis seeing a character (presumably) die and then feel such great relief finding out he lived decades later. It really is such a unique concept, this constellation of series across genres, I feel really lucky to know about it and be here alongside all of you enjoying it.

Man, not only does Ichijou live in his spinoff but Tonegawa lives as well? Amazing. Its as if Kaiji is "liberating" the people he defeats in some strange way despite the hellish punishments they face. I've never felt so glad to see an antagonist live. Maybe now, Tonegawa can enjoy his life free from Hyoudou's tyranny.
