I'd make a joke about how Midwood is pretty mid, but this is pretty good so far. Though it seems like it'll take hundreds of chapters potentially for the mc to fully develop.

The start is too random we have a backstory than we go straight into killing some random assassination?.It feels unfurnished it's not my style. The start was enough to bore the entire thing.

The first chapter and prologue kinda messy, the setting for the world still lacking some details especially scenery, city infrastructure, outfits and culture, all of that isn't set in one civilization, i see modern outfits and traditional outfits within the same chapter prologue, i also see the infrastructure and civilization aren't set in specific time, they only explain year 1600 something.


Another thing i want to criticize is the art, they use too much dark and red colouring, while using that can picture a dark and gross scenes, they used too much Imo, also the design character the artist still amateur in my eyes they can't make a good proportion for a body of a kid and adults, the body proportion is similar too an adult but they just decided to "minimize" him and put it in the same frame as his mother, also how in the heck that person who are together with the MC is his mother? They look completely different from the previous illustration.


I still got a lot of critique but I'll stop for now, and continue to read for some more chapter, this manhwa might be a debut project for some newbies artist so i won't give it harsh rating, it at least earn 6/10 from me for 2 chapter only, I'll update the rating after i give it more chance.


This is all just personal opinion, other opinions also valid in their perspective, it just because i have been reading a lot of manhwa, manhua and manga it make me have quite 'high' taste (not entirely true lol).
