One of them instead pointed at Hana instead of the Spider, so this is either the Ramen lover or 2 different personalities; I wonder which way it's conveyed.

One of them's a prankster or very socialable. The others are pointing at a cool (really big) spider. The other one's telling Miko to either show it to Hana cause she will like it or to scare her.
