Oh god, i guess it would make sense to turn the home into a prison but it’s terrifying. Imagine having to explain to your family that you have to move out of your family home because it’s going to be a prison for something so powerful that it doesn‘t even have a proper name. Not to mention the fact that all miko’s memories of her father and her father’s spirit are in that house.

it depend more on the level of malevolence of the ghost, ghost can kill or maim people in the manga, the ojisan try many time to kill miko, nearly killed michiru.

the ticking bomb "bad luck" ghost that send the thief into the hospîtal, or the many story about the unfinished construction site in the early chapter speak of injured or dead worker.

let's not forget about the ghost of the mother that kill numerous cats.
