Like the cats following the teacher, this tentacle ghost might not be thaaaaat bad. Since they portray her intentions, it could be because shes too shy or can't say whatever she wants to say because of her model carrier.
The girl itself is not a ghost, but rhe one on her head maybe showed up because that's the only way to show how she feels about things?

Like when Hana got those buns, it wouldn't attack Hana because it basically can't, so the tentacles turning into spikes was symbolic.
