Bro, I can name like 3 harem manga on the top of my head with the same scenario, the only reason I mentioned Love Hina because it is most likely the series most people obviously read/watched here.

There is literally nothing to discuss. This is the first chapter, which is why people tend to form their opinion by attaching it to a baseline - the first post in this thread is about this manga being "5toubun 2.0", mine is me implicating this is like love hina.

I seriously don't know what about my post that makes you pop a vein, this is just me stating opinion. If anything you should really chill man, because if this manga became anything like 5toubun or love hina, then you might as well save that rage for the upcoming shitstorm.

Occam's Razor bro. Simplest scenario is better, I don't need really need to explain anything
The premise is literally just "Guy got sent to manage an inn (or rental space) populated by girls only". No need for elaborate explanation.

You can post some kind of paragraph-long detailed explanation with bullet points to explain the synopsis. Meanwhile I can just post "it is like love hina" and reader can get the same impression.
