I dont know why do some people think that she doesnt have a chance while its quite the opposite. Sakura has the most chances of getting Yuu as we keep talking about it.

In the first place there is no way that author is able to pair one of the sisters with Yuu at this point. Their relationship between themselves and Yuu have developed way too much for that. So its either:

1. Harem ending
2. "You three are my family!" ending where Yuu ends up with Sakura, and since three sisters are getting familiar with her they may simply accept it

I like Niko the best of the three sisters, but Sakura feels like a better match for Yuu

Sakura with Yuu has the greatest chemistry so far.
