If we assume shes Like 40 Kilos (No clue what the average school child weighs) even the average powerlifter would struggle. And keeping her raised up Like that would probably be Impossible. After looking into it a Bit i have found differing results but i think i can confidently say for a boy of His age and stature keeping her raised on a stretched arm Like that would be Superhuman.
